If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (10) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the product.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Muse By Design does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. We will issue your refund within (12-24) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

We offer complimentary standard shipping via UPS within the United States. All products are shipped on our shipping account, allowing you to take advantage of commercial shipping policies and operations.
Muse By Design ships only to Canada via UPS with standard shipping rates applied.
